Experience Sahara through Our Hosted Buyer Program

Sahara introduces a high-level hosted buyer program to attract key buyers from Europe, Asia and Africa. Hosted buyers are introduced to companies looking to export and meetings take place in a one-to-one environment in the hosted buyer lounge, which is placed in a key location at the show. All buyers will be invited with complimentary flights and accommodation. Exhibitors are welcomed to recommend buyers who will be vetted as part of the strict application process. Only buyers with purchasing, or decision-making power are accepted as part of the program.

Hosted Buyer Program and Fully hosted buyer package are design for buyers to meet with our exhibitors thus the buyers should provide purchase list previously, onsite match-making will be arranged accordingly.

Buyers under this category are required to attend at least 6 pre-scheduled match-making sessions per day with our exhibitors. The meeting details will be provided to Fully Hosted Buyers by email 2 weeks prior to the show.

Buyers should be demanded to place orders, source for new products, or have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, thus, the buyers must have direct authority to source and import or export products directly.

This programme not only ensures exhibitors monetary return on investment (ROI), but also an invaluable ROI for the time spent at the event.

Who Can Attend

To be accepted as a buyer into the Hosted Buyer Programme, your company must not be exhibiting at Sahara 2022.

*Selected respondents will be notified of their acceptance to participate in the Hosted Buyers' Program.

*The Organisers reserve the right not to offer the incentive to any applicant. The incentive shall be given on a per company basis and cannot apply to any buyer in a company that has already enjoyed the incentive in previous fairs. The Organisers reserve the right to change the details of the program without notice.

Selection Process

Successful applicants will be informed by email notification within two weeks. You will receive a confirmation. 

Terms and Conditions 

*Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are a senior decision maker, and / or budget holder who are responsible for the purchasing for their organisations.

*Applicants wishing to promote their products and sell to exhibitors or attendees will NOT be accepted into this programme

*To qualify, the Buyers & Distributors must attend the event for at least 2 days (and complete a minimum of 6 verified meetings with Sahara exhibitors/sponsors per day. The project team will conduct a Commercial Check of your buying profiles and only selected buyers and distributors will be granted access to the Business Matchmaking Program
