Former General Manager of Agricultural Projects at Abdullah Al-Rajhi Endowments in Saudi Arabia.• He has received numerous training courses in fields such as ISO standards, quality, food safety, communication skills, marketing, creativity in time management, leadership, and many others.Currently works as a consultant, expert, and trainer in palm farm management, and is a lecturer for several courses, including "Date Palm Trees from Cultivation to Harvest" where all aspects of date palm cultivation are covered.

Mohamed El Behary is a Lecturer at the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture Al-Azhar University, Egypt. He also worked as the Present Coordinator of plant tissue culture lab at Department of Biotechnology, at Faculty of Agriculture, Al-Azhar University, for 10 years. As well as being the Supervisor of more than 10 graduation projects for 10 years. Mohamed worked as the Manager of plant tissue culture lab (Kanana company) for 2 years, and Agronomist of the Marmar company for 1 year.
