What is the timings of exhibition hours?
Business Hours: 10:00 AM to 20:00 PM (Wednesday to Saturday).
Is general public allowed to the fair?
The fair is open to general public throughout the exhibition hours.
Is entrance to the exhibition free?
Entrance to the exhibition is free. Visitors on site will be required to fill in a visitor registration form for free entry.
Which gate would lead to the exhibition halls?
The Entrance Gate to the “CICC – Cairo International Conference Center is Gate (2) – Fangary St. where you will pick an air-conditioned shuttle bus form the car park to the main entrance of the exhibition.
Can a visitor park his /her vehicle in the parking area?
Visitors can park their vehicles in CICC and can ride shuttle service from parking area to the main entrance of the exhibition.
Is it possible to receive the catalogue before the exhibition ?
The catalogue is not available, before the opening of the exhibition. You may get it on the first day of the exhibition at the various information desks. For further information, EXPO staff are at your service.

Are the seminars free?
Yes, seminars are absolutely free of charge, and are held in conjunction with SAHARA Exhibition on 9-12 July, 2008.
Seminars are open to all those who are interested in gaining a basic understanding of different products and services provided by different exhibitors.

Where can an exhibitor obtain parking label?
Exhibitors can obtain the car parking label, during the setup period, in the exhibition center from the organizers.

Is payment required prior to event?
Yes, payment is required prior to the event. For more information, please contact one of our organizing team.
What types of payments do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Do you give discounts for group registrations?
If you are planning on sending a group of 3 or more, please call one of our organizing team at ( +202 3344 7980) and they will be happy to discuss the matter with you and give you details on our group registration discounts.
How will I know that my registration is confirmed?
Whether you register by mail, phone, fax, email or web, you will receive an invoice via fax within a couple days. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration within two days, simply call us at (+202 3344 7980).
How far in advance do I need to register?
As far ahead as is convenient for you! However, early registration does secure you a good location. We do not accept “walk-ins” on the day of the event, so register early to guarantee your space.
When shall we receive the application forms?
Application forms shall be sent with brochures. If you were exhibiting at SAHARA, you will be sent the forms automatically by mail. If not, please feel free to contact the organizers at: info@saharaexpo.com, or your local agent.
How much will exhibit space cost?
All prices and fees will be published in brochures together with the space reservation forms and the conditions of participation.
Is there any deadline for applications?
Application deadline is May 15th, 2008. However, in case of occasional cancellations after this date, we still could consider accepting later applications, as well. |
